CBSE Term 2 exam was conducted from 26 April to 4 June. CBSE had conducted the examination for the academic session 2021-22 in two terms. CBSE Term 1 board exam, held in November-December 2021, was conducted for objective questions, while Term 2 exam had analytical and case-based questions and was conducted in April-May 2022. The board had not declared the Term 1 result.

This year 14 lakh 44 thousand 341 lakh students had registered for the 12th examination in the CBSE board’s 12th examination. Out of which only 14 lakh 35 thousand 366 students had appeared in the examination. Out of these students, 13 lakh 30 thousand 662 students have passed in the examination. This year, Trivandrum region has been ranked number 1 in CBSE’s 12th board examination with 98.83 percent. Whereas Prayagraj region has come last with 83.71 percent.
